The programme is aimed to develop the capacity of of the women leaders on issues concerning legal literacy and gender awareness while providing the participants with practical tools to strengthen their understanding on law and gender awareness.

It is also encourage the participants to form a network with other likeminded NGOs and community leaders to advocate for better protection and propose changes in law in relation to the promotion and protection of women rights.
